Education Minister of Maharashtra: Deepak Vasant Kesarkar

Deepak Vasant Kesarkar is the new education minister of Maharashtra. The cabinet was set up after a long-standing political crisis in Maharashtra. He is a member of the 14th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and holds the Ministries of Marathi Language, Environment and Climate Change, along with the education ministry. He represents the assembly seat of the Sawantwadi Constituency. He is associated with Shivsena, a major political party in Maharashtra.
